Processing Times 

All Sol & Suitcase pieces are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.

Delivery Estimates

Our delivery estimate for the United Kingdom is 7-14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size. Standard shipping is £5.99 for the United Kingdom. Any orders over £60 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Duties & Taxes 

Import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Hygiene & Final Sale Items 

Please note that swimwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
